At Vetco Electronics, we want to ensure you have the right components for your project. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Verify Eligibility

Ensure your items are in their original packaging and include all manuals, cables, and accessories. Please note that certain items like cut-to-length wire and semiconductors may be subject to restrictions.

Request an RMA

Contact our support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without a valid RMA number clearly marked on the package cannot be processed.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your electronics to prevent static or physical damage during transit. Include a copy of your invoice and ship the package to our Bellevue warehouse using a trackable shipping method.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians inspect the returned components for functionality and condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
